Here are our TOP 3 PRIORITIES:

Priority 1: MAKE A LARGE DOWN PAYMENT

Help us secure a mortgage by raising 50% of the building purchase price to meet the bank’s requirements.

Even larger down payments reduce future budget commitments

Priority 2: INCREASE ANNUAL BUDGET

The combination of a mortgage payment and expenses associated with the building will mean a bigger budget. We are asking for congregants to increase their giving over what they would typically tithe to meet the needs of a larger budget.

Priority 3: PAY OUT OUR LEASE

We are still committed to our lease in Union Hall until 2028.

Buying out of the contract will reduce our budget for the next three years.

Please consider giving in one of three ways:

1. Give a one-time gift towards the down payment by 31 December 2024.

2. Give above your regular tithe by a monthly or annual amount. To pledge an amount, email our lovely accountant, Pat by 31 December 2024.

FINANCIAL UPDATE

INCREDIBLE GENEROSITY and GOD'S PROVISION!

It has been emotionally moving to see God work through the sacrificial generosity of so many- thank you, thank you, thank you! As you can see below, things have progressed amazingly! At this point we could use savings to cover the gap to downpayment goal (whole building cost is $1.35 Million), but that would leave things tight, especially since we've not hit the goal for "monthly giving above current giving." So please continue to pray as we all continue to reach out to churches and individuals to see if they will be part of the amazing work God is doing here. If you know of anyone who could help, please contact them and ask.
